Pengaruh Konsentrasi ZPT 2,4-D dan BAP terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Biji Dendrobium laxiflorum J.J Smith secara In Vitro

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh 2,4 Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4 D) dan 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji anggrek Dendrobium laxiflorum. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi 2,4-D yang terdiri dari 0 mg/l ; 0,1 mg/l ; 0,3 mg/l dan 0,5 mg/l dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi BAP, yaitu 0 mg/l ; 0,5 mg/l ; 1 mg/l ; 1,5 mg/l dan 2 mg/l. Pengamatan dilakukan 3 bulan setelah inokulasi. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkkan bahwa konsentrasi 2,4-D dan konsentrasi BAP serta interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji anggrek D. laxiflorum ( P ≤ 0,05). Persentase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji D. laxiflorum pada penelitian ini berkisar antara 0,76% - 36,34 %. 2,4-D 0,1 mg/l dengan BAP 2 mg/l menunjukkan persentase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji tertinggi (36,34 %)
