Preparasi Penentuan Kadar Logam Pb, Cd dan Cu dalam Nugget Ayam Rumput Laut Merah (Eucheuma cottonii)

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penentuan kadar logam Pb, Cd dan Cu dalam sampel nugget ayam rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii. Nugget ayam pada umumnya menggunakan tepung terigu sebagai bahan pengikatnya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan rumput laut merah yang mengandung karagenan sebagai bahan pengikat.  Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penentuan logam Pb, Cd dan Cu dalam sampel dengan menggunakan metode destruksi basah dengan campuran asam HNO₃ 65% dan H₂O₂ 30 %.
