Doping dan Karakterisasi Struktur Padatan Ca1-xCoxF2 dengan X-Ray Diffraction

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sintesis padatan doping Ca_1-xCo_xF₂ dengan metode sol gel. Variasi doping untuk (x = 0,025; 0,05; 0,075; 0,1; dan 0,15 mol). Padatan hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Difraktogram hasil karakterisasi muncul puncak pada 2θ 28,25; 47 dan 55,79°. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa difraktogram cocok dengan data PDF nomor 35-0816 dan menunjukkan telah terbentuk fasa tunggal CaF₂ dan Ca_1-xCo_xF₂ dengan sistem kubus. Pergeseran nilai 2θ dan intensitas puncak difraktogram hasil doping merupakan indikasi telah terjadi doping kobalt dalam CaF₂
