Pemodelan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Persentase Wanita Aktif KB di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Menggunakan Regresi Nonparametrik Spline Truncated

Abstract
Program KB yang dikelola oleh BKKBN merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk mengendalikan fertilitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memodelkan faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi persentase wanita aktif KB di Provinsi Jawa Tengah menggunakan metode regresi nonparametrik spline truncated. Metode ini dipilih karena empat variabel prediktor yang diduga berpengaruh memiliki perubahan pola data pada sub-sub interval tertentu. Variabel prediktor yang digunakan adalah jumlah PPKBD, jumlah klinik KB, persentase wanita usia perkawinan pertama > 17 tahun, dan persentase wanita bekerja. Dilihat dari nilai GCV yang paling minimum, model terbaik adalah menggunakan tiga titik knot (3,3,3,3) dengan unit observasi sebanyak 35 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian signifikansi parameter menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persentase wanita aktif KB di Jawa Tengah. Semua asumsi residual terpenuhi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi dari model sama dengan 95,24 persen.
