Penerapan Metode K-Means dan Fuzzy C-Means untuk Pengelompoan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Indonesia Berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP)

Abstract


Standar Nasional Pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mencapai pemerataan mutu pendidikan. Standar Nasional Pendidikan meliputi delapan capaian yaitu Standar Kompetensi Kelulusan, Standar Isi, Standar Proses, Standar Penilaian, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Pendidik, Standar Sarana dan Prasarana, Standar Pengelolaan, dan Standar Pembiayaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengelompokkan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Indonesia berdasarkan SNP menggunakan metode K-Means dan Fuzzy C-Means. Sebelum dilakukan analisis klaster, dilakukan imputasi missing value menggunakan regresi. Berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan menggunakan K-Means dan Fuzzy C-Means, diperoleh metode terbaik adalah K-Means dengan jumlah klaster optimum sebanyak empat dengan nilai icdrate sebesar 0,4826. Kemudian dilakukan pengelompokan 514 kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia menggunakan metode K-Means dengan klaster optimum sebanyak 3. Dimana sebagian besar kota di Pulau Jawa berada pada klaster kategori sudah memenuhi SNP sementara klaster belum memenuhi SNP mayoritas berada di Pulau Kalimantan dan Pulau Papua.
