Identifikasi Mikoriza dari Lahan Desa Cabbiya, Pulau Poteran, Sumenep Madura

Abstract

Mikoriza merupakan asosiasi simbiotik antara akar tanaman dengan cendawan. Mikoriza mampu meningkatkan penyerapan unsur hara tanaman, memperpanjang fungsi perakaran, lebih tahan terhadap kondisi kering dan serangan patogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis mikoriza dari lahan Desa Cabbiya, Pulau Poteran, Sumenep Madura menggunakan metode teknik penyaringan basah. Identifikasi dilakukan hingga tingkat genus berdasar karakter morfologi meliputi bentuk, warna, serta ornamen menggunakan buku panduan “Working with Mycorrhizas in Forestry and Agriculture” serta dipertegas dengan website INVAM. Hasil identifikasi dianalisa menggunakan metode deskriptif. Dari hasil identifikasi ditemukan empat genus mikoriza, yaitu Glomus, Gigaspora, Acaulospora, dan Scutellospora.
