Struktur Doping Logam Cu dalam MgF2

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sintesis padatan CuO dan katalis doping Cu kedalam sistem MgF_2, Mg_1-xCu_xF₂ (x= 0,025; 0,05; 0,1 dan 0,15) melalui metode sol-gel.  dan dikarakterisasi struktur padatan dengan difraksi sinar-X. Difraktogram Mg_1-xCu_xF₂hasil sintesis menunjukkan kemiripan puncak dengan MgF₂ dari database JCPDS-International Centre of Diffraction Data PCPDFWIN tahun 2001, PDF No.70-2269. Difraktogram padatan Mg_1-xCu_xF₂ menunjukkan adanya pengaruh doping logam Cu terhadap intensitas puncak dan adanya kapasitas doping pada MgF₂ yang ditandai dengan pergeseran puncak katalis Mg_1-xCu_xF₂
